Return Policy:​

Our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped . However, if the product is defective or damaged we will return the amount to your  bank account, subject to the product being received by us accordance to our terms and conditions listed below.

• Return is accepted only when product is damaged. At Chimil we constantly make effort to match the original product colours yet it may slightly vary from the pictures shown due to different display devices , settings and the different lightings used.

• A return or exchange request can be raised thru chimilcreations@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9940876987 within 2 Days of receipt of the product by mentioning the reason for return

 

• Return products will be accepted only if they are returned in their original condition with original packing, invoice and all the tags attached . Items should not be washed , used or altered in any way. Returns will be applicable only when the fabric is defective.

• Chimil Creations reserves the right to deny refund , if the item doesn't meet the Return Policy Guidelines.

 

• Return pick up will be arranged or will be requested to send us depending upon service availability.

 

• Amount refund will be processed within 2-7 days upon the receiving the product. If the product is purchased at a discounted price then only the discounted price as per the invoice will be refunded.
